Welcome to Cheeky Clean, where spotless homes meet a little extra flair! By using our website or booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please take a minute to read them — we promise to keep it simple and straight to the point.

Our Services

Cheeky Clean offers professional residential cleaning services designed to bring shine (and maybe a smile) to your space.
Services are available by appointment only, and availability may vary by location. Pricing and service details can change as we grow — but we’ll always be upfront about it.

Booking & Cancellations

Life happens — we get it!
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may result in a small fee to cover lost time and travel.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, disrespectful, or otherwise not cool.

Payments

At this time, Cheeky Clean accepts cash payments only, due in full upon completion of your cleaning service.
No hidden fees, no surprises — just honesty, cleanliness, and a good time.

Failure to pay may result in the termination of future bookings (and a not-so-cheeky conversation).

Client Expectations

We ask all clients to:

Provide a safe and respectful work environment.
Put away valuables or personal items before your appointment.
Keep things appropriate — Cheeky Clean is fun, not flirtatious.

If at any point the environment becomes unsafe or inappropriate, service will end immediately without a refund.

Liability

We take pride in our work and treat every home with care. However, Cheeky Clean cannot be held responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Allergic reactions to cleaning products supplied by the client.
Indirect or accidental damages that occur outside our control.

Let us know if you have any special items or delicate surfaces before we start!

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information needed to book and confirm your appointments — nothing more.
We never sell, share, or misuse your personal details. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
