Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2025

At Cheeky Clean, we’re committed to delivering a sparkling, professional cleaning experience — with a playful twist. Because services are provided in person and payment is due before cleaning begins, we want to make sure everything is clear before your appointment starts.

All payments are due at the time of service, before cleaning begins.
We currently accept cash only. Please have payment ready upon arrival.

Once payment is received and the cleaning begins, no refunds will be issued.

Service Satisfaction

If something wasn’t up to your expectations, we want to know!
Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address your concern or offer a touch-up visit when possible.

Because services are performed in-person and tailored to each space, refunds cannot be offered once cleaning has started.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge, no problem — just contact us to reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations: May be charged a $25 fee to cover travel and preparation time.

  • No-shows: Will be charged the full service rate for lost appointment time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services that have already begun or been completed.

  • Missed or inaccurate appointment details (e.g., wrong address or access issues).

  • Unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate environments leading to service cancellation.
